1) You didn't send a secure link to your website. 2) The electrode pads weren't removed after surgery. 3) The doctor didn't talk with me after the surgery, even though I was told he would. Everything was very rushed. I think you are trying to do too much of a volume business.

They are very careing people they treat you like family explain everything to you and even call to see how you are doing after you get home
